RI WIW: Sweet Treats

Hi there!  I hope all is well with you.  I arrived home yesterday afternoon from CHA show in Anaheim.  Can you say "overload"?

This week on The House That Stamps Built blog it is my turn for the Designers Choice Challenge and I chose Sweet Treats as my theme.

First, I made a little bag topper using the adorable Repeat Impressions Hogs and Kisses #2812-G stamp.  I inked the stamp with black Memento ink and colored with pink marker.  I added some red glitter glue to the heart lips.

Next, I made a box big enough for a large candy bar.

I used the envelope punch board to create this 6" x 8" x 1/4" envelope and then stamped a strip of white cardstock with the RI Tumbling Hearts 1210-K in pink ink and then added crystal glitter glue to bling them up.  I die cut a tag and stamped the RI Happy Valentine's Day #1134-E in pink ink and added a strip of coordinating paper and some gems.

And now it’s your turn. Here are all the details…
1. Create a project with a “Sweet Treats” theme. And remember, your creation does not have to be made with Repeat Impressions stamps, but if you would like to include our designs we would reeeally love to see them! :D Plus, there’s an added bonus… you will get an additional entry in our random.org drawing for using our stamps in your submissions!
2. Post your DCC creation on your blog or online gallery and be sure to reference Repeat Impressions DCC115 ~ Sweet Treats. Then link it here with the inlinkz widget below. (Please provide a direct link to your post, not the entire blog.)
3. Submissions will be accepted until Tuesday, January 28th at 5PM EST.
4. On January 29th we will introduce a new Designer’s Choice Challenge (DCC) to play along with and announce our winner for January. For this challenge the winner will receive any one unmounted sheet of stamps of their choice!

Ha ha ha....I knew it! I bought the 'box' punch board, and absolutely could NOT get an envelope out of it. Sigh....back to Hobby Lobby with the next coupon! Hugs...

These are such cute projects. Never would have thought to use the punch board to make an envelope for a candy bar. Great thinking!
