Happy Valentine's Day hop with Avery Elle

Happy, happy Valentine's Day everyone!

Rose are Red. Violets are blue. Sugar is sweet and this hop is too!
·         We hope you are ready for some Lovely Ideas and Great Prizes this week from Tombow and Avery Elle.  This Sweet Treats Hop is the perfect way to celebrate Valentine’s Day!! If you're here from Heather Campbell's awesome blog, then you’re in the right place,  if not then you may want to start at Tombow Blog so you don't miss a thing.

For the hop, my sweet treats are two cards.  One with a masculine flair and another for the girls.  For both cards I used the Avery Elle, Love Notes Clear Stamp set.

For this card, I stamped the feather in light blue, aqua, navy and gold inks.  I added some little die cut hearts to the navy feathers and then stamped the first part of the sentiment on the outside of the card and the rest one the inside.  I added another die cut heart next to the sentiment on both the outside and the inside.  I used Tombow Xtreme Adhesive to adhere the layers together.  I am loving this stamp set and this new adhesive from Tombow, together they rock the planet!

For this card, I was drawn to the little hearts that come in the Love Notes set and created a simple card that would allow the hearts to be the center of the show.  I added some Glossy Accents to each of the pink hearts and Christmas Red Stickles to the larger red heart.  I used Tombow Xtreme Adhesive to hold each of the layers together.

Now for the extra fun part!
