Happy middle of the week to each and every one of you. It is What If Wednesday again on The House That Stamps Built blog and it is a Designers Choice Challenge this week. Joyce has challenged us to use hearts somewhere on on card/project.
I think I managed to do just that!
I created the heart box using this Silhouette cut file called 3D Heart Box #53783 and then I stamped the RI Scruffy Puppy #8120-K in Memento Rich Cocoa ink and colored with markers. Next, I cut a white banner from some scrap cardstock and stamped the RI Happy Valentine's Day #1203-F in Rich Cocoa ink. I layered the white banner to a pink banner layer. I added a little die cut heart to the banner and gave it a little shimmer with a clear Wink of Stella brush pen. To add a little dimension to the heart, I added some Glossy Accents.

After I colored the puppy, I added some gold glitter pen to her fur. She has the prettiest shimmer!
