Today is day 4 without eating breads, pastas, chips or grains. I am doing pretty good considering that I am a complete bread/carb-aholic. On Monday, I will start cutting out all white sugar from my diet. This will not be hard as I don't eat a lot of candy or sweets. I took a little time to make some birthday cards for the January b-day gals in the stamp club I belong to. This year I have challenged myself to not forget the special people in my life. I always feel horrible when I let someones special day go by without as much as a card. I will try to scan and upload pics tomorrow.
