Anyone who knows me, know that I always have one foot in the road and I am ready to travel anytime. My motto is "Have passport, will travel". If only the budget would allow, I would be in pig heaven!
This week on the Tombow blog we are partnering with Heidi Swapp and today I am using papers from the No Limits 12 x 12 collection. This collection is travel themed and so I decided to create a "snack box" for a sweet little traveler.
The owl pillowbox pattern and water bottle drink mix holder were cut from a Silhouette Studio file. Yep, I have gotten onto the Silhouette craze. Oh boy, am I ever in trouble!
For the water bottle I wrapped a 2" strip of paper around the bottle and used Tombow Mono Dots Roller to hold it nice and tight around the bottle. I also used Tombow Mono Dots Roller to hold the pocket closed on the drink mix holder, the side of the pillow box holder and all of the components to build the owl with the exception of the eyes. I did pop the aqua blue parts of the eyes up on Tombow Foam Tabs for a little dimension. I added some Tombow Mono Aqua to the black parts of the eyes to give them a little shine.
I put all of these snacks into the box and now it is ready to go! I don't know a kid around who doesn't like some yummy munchies!
