Hi there! I am playing along with Kendra's Pin-spired Christmas Celebration again this week.
I love making cookies, cakes and sweets during this time of year as they make wonderful little gifts for the special people in our lives.
This week I picked this yummy plate of goodness as my inspiration.
I gathered the supplies: Cream cheese, Cool Mint Oreos and some chocolate for melting.
I put the cookies into a gallon sized ziplock baggie and smashed them up into smitherines.
Pour the smashed up cookies into a bowl with the softened cream cheese and mix together. Form cookie balls and refrigerate until firm (2-3 hours) and then dip in chocolate and let sit until chocolate hardens. Easy peasy :)
Yum-O!
