Hello Friend. I am so happy that you come by from time to time and take a look at my creations. I can't thank you enough.
Recently a new company called Reverse Confetti was born. From the moment I read that Jen Del Muro was starting her own stamp company, I was intrigued. I have always like Jen's stamping style and had played along with her Sketch For You to Try challenges from time to time and I couldn't wait to see what her designs would be.
Then the sneak peeks began and I was in love. I love the simple, clean, whimsical style that you will find at Reverse Confetti.
Today, I am sharing the first card that I (finally) had time to sit down and create. I normally am a layer it up kinda gal, but this image is so great, I knew it could stand on its own without a lot of fru fru.

I had this teal colored cardstock on my desk and thought it would be perfect with the Reverse Confetti Peacock Pretties set. I stamped the peacock feather and sentiment in Memento Teal Zeal ink and then stamped it a second time (just to the right a tad) with Memento Summer Sun ink. I added a bit of shimmer to the feather and sentiment with the Zig Wink of Stella Brush pen in Clear Sparkle. A little Stardust Stickles was added to the heart for a finishing touch.
Here is a close up of the shimmer, I hope you can see it because it really is pretty in person.
Recipe:
Stamps: Peacock Pretties-Reverse Confetti
Paper: Peacock-American Crafts, White-Neenah
Ink: Summer Sun, Teal Zeal-Memento
Adhesives: Mono Dots Adhesive-Tombow
Extras: Clear Sparkle Wink of Stella Brush Pen-Zig, Stardust Stickles, Ribbon

Lovely! Glad I just got one of those "Zig-Wink" (or whatever) pens so I can pretty up my cards, too.
