Well, it is Monday again and it looks like summer is making an early appearance. It sure was a warm one this weekend.
Today Tombow is hopping along with guest artist Laura Kelly and will be giving a prize pack (see graphic below) to one lucky commenter.
This week my inspiration was taken from the Reverse Confetti SFYTT #1, you can see the sketch HERE.
I followed the sketch pretty well, but went with lots of layers on this one. I stamped the adorable little whale from the Reverse Confetti Happy Harbor set in aqua ink and cut him out and popped him up with a Tombow Power Tab. All of the flat layers were adhered together with Tombow Mono Adhesive Dots. I used a combo of Tombow Power Tabs and Mono Adhesive Dots for the waves as the bottom wave is flat and the top one is popped up a bit. The sentiment was stamped with Rich Cocoa ink and popped up with a Foam Tab. You can click on the photo below see a close up of all of the layers.
