I created my card using some more of the awesome paper that Fancy Pants gave us to use. These prints are from the Happy Go Lucky collection. I just love them!
I started with a white card base and added each of the layers using Tombow Mono Adhesive Dots. Next, I stamped the fun Repeat Impressions Hot Air Balloon Cluster # 9116N and the Dreams Take Flight #9117F in Stone ink onto some white cardstock and colored it with Irojiten Colored Pencils. For a finishing touch I added a bit of Stardust Stickles.

What fun colors you chose. I normally don't mix paper patterns but you certainly have the knack for it. The polka dots and stripes look great together. Well done.
