Happy Monday Y'all! Today I am sharing my Project of the Week for Repeat Impressions with you.
With Thanksgiving coming sooner than later I thought it would be good to get a headstart on some place cards.
I pulled together all of the elements I needed and got busy.
Supplies used:
Ivory, Kraft and Woodgrain Cardstocks
Versamark and Tea Dye Inks
Egyptian Gold EP, Twine and Buttons
Stamp the Oak Leaf image with Versamark ink and emboss with Egyptian Gold EP and fussy cut each leaf. Add Tea Dye ink to the edges of each leaf giving them a beautiful rustic look. Cut kraft cardstock 3 1/2" x 4", woodgrain 3 1/4" x 1 7/8" and ivory 3" x 1 3/4". Fold Kraft piece in half to create a 2" x 3 1/2" folded card. Distress edges with Tea Dye ink. Adhere woodgrain panels to front of place card. Swipe ivory panels with Versamark ink and emboss edges with Egyptian Gold powder. Adhere ivory panels on top of woodgrain panels and add your guests name.
Add Oak Leaf image to left side of placecard with foam tape. For a finishing touch add button tied with a twine bow. I haven't said it for awhile, remember no NEKKID buttons, it just takes a minute to add some twine or affix a bow and give your project that finished look.
Have a great day!
