Hey there, you know what day it is? It's Repeat Impressions Designers Choice Challenge on The House That Stamps Built Blog and this week Brenda asked us to created a last minute Christmas card or tag.
I needed a few more tags, so I got myself busy and pulled out this adorable Santa stamp and tree from my Repeat Impressions stamp stash. The stamps are: Holly Santa 302-K and Large Pine Tree #2791-K.
I stamped the trees in pine green ink and then stamped it off a second and third time to get the varying shades of green. I repeated this process until I had it looking the way I wanted. I stamped Santa two times, once one the tag and again on a scrap of white cardstock. I colored Santa with markers and cut him out and popped him up with foam tabs onto the tag. I added some glitter for sparkle and a little twine for the ties.
Here is a close up of the tag. What a happy Santa! I love him.
Be sure to stop by each of the design team member blogs and check out their amazing projects.
