I stamped the adorable RI Belle #701K in black ink onto white cardstock and colored her with markers. I added the image circle to a burlap circle layer and a pink scallop layer using Tombow's new Xtreme Glue Tape. I added some Crystal Stickles to the rose on her hat for a little bling, bling. Isn't she cute?

Sweet card! I love the burlap(?) matt. It adds great texture - and of course the colors are perfect for that sweetie bear!
