It's sketch challenge time on The House That Stamps Built blog and Wendy Wyman (owner of Repeat Impressions) has created another awesome sketch for us to work with. I just love Wendy's sketches!
Let me start by saying that all of the cardstock used was from my scrap stash and that makes me happy, happy, happy to use some of it up. I always think I buy just what I need for a project and I still end up with a ton of scraps.
Aside from the awesome sketch (see below), I was inspired by the colors in a gift bag I had in my stash.
For this card, I stamped the Repeat Impressions 9204-M Water Lilies and Dragonflies image with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and then colored in with markers. I used Stardust Stickles to add some sparkle to the flowers and dragonflies. Glitter is good, no really it is!
Here is Wendy's awesome sketch:
As you can see, I flipped it on its side and changed the focal panel to a circle.
We would love to have you play along with the challenge, you could have a chance to win some fabulous stamps :)
Head on over to The House That Stamps Built blog for all of the details.
