Hey, hey, it's Wednesday and this week on The House That Stamps Built blog, Wendy has given us a color challenge.
The colors this week are:
I wasn't so sure about these colors, but I managed to bring them all together pretty easily.
I started with a red card base and then added a layer of gray cardstock and then this fun orange with white dot paper that I had in my stash.
I stamped the RI Scruffy Puppy 8120-K with black ink and colored her (she reminds me of my Abby) with a variety of gray markers.
I stamped the sentiment only from the Pets Quartet 8592-U and layered that to a gray scrap of cardstock. I added some silver/white twine and some enamel dots to finish this one ff. No glitter or shimmer this time.....I must have been out of my mind when I made this card! :)
Please be sure to head on over to each of my fellow Rock Star's blogs and check out their amazing creations using this color combo.
We would love to have you play along with the challenge as well, head on over to The House That Stamps Built for all of the details. Wendy will be giving away an awesome prize to one lucky person who plays along :)
Don't forget, if you are itching to do a little Repeat Impressions' shopping, you will find a 10% off discount code in my right sidebar. Don't forget to use it! You will be glad that you did!
