RI-Project of the Week

Hi there!

Well, it is my turn to share a Project of the Week with you and I thought we would put together a simple shaker card.

As always, gather your goodies:

Stamp your image and lay out your card:

I used Memento Black ink and Red and Blue Tombow markers to color the Repeat Impressions God Bless Flag #3507-J and then stamped it onto some white cardstock.  I cut a scalloped panel to go behind and layered that to a red, star embossed panel and then attached all of that goodness to a white cardbase.

Next, you will want to create a frame and then adhere acetate (clear plastic sheet) to the back side.  Next, I added two layers of foam tape around the edges:

Now, lay your shaker goodies (sequins, beads, etc...) on top of your stamped image.

Next, lay the frame over the top.  This way, you don't have to worry about lining your image up as you can see right where you are putting your frame.

Voila!  Your card is now finished!
