Hi there and welcome to a new week!
Today the Tombow designers are joining forces with Papercrafts Go to Gal, Laura Williams ,for a hop.
You should have arrived at my blog from Debbie's awesome blog, but if you happened by on your own (I thank you for stopping by) , why not head on back to the Tombow blog and start from the beginning.
It is warming up a bit here and I wanted to share some of the beautiful colors that make me think of summer before the season changes and we move on to the iconic fall colors.
Nothing says summer like bright orange, pink and yellow. I started with a bright orange card base and then popped up the hot pink and yellow print panels using Tombow Foam Tabs. Next I added a strip of embossed hot pink cardstock and some pretty yellow gingham ribbon. The embossed panel was attached using Tombow Mono Adhesive Dots. For the main image panel, I stamped the pretty zinnia stamp from the Flourishes Zinnias set in black ink and colored it it with Irojiten Colored Pencils. The image panel is layered to pink and orange scallop panels. The panels are popped up using some Tombow Foam Tabs. As a finishing touch I added a button to the bow using a Tombow Power Tab and a sprinkling of yellow rhinestones around the scallop panel.
