Woooo Hoooo! It's Friday! I hope your week went well and send you wishes for a great weekend! I have been busy helping to organize a
stamping retreat (our 13th year) that will be held next weekend. There is lots and lots to do to prep as we have 4 amazing teachers and 100 crafty ladies rolling into town and we need to keep them busy!
Since Earth Day was this week, I thought I would "recycle" a couple of my cards and share them with you. This helped me out a ton because my crafting time has been slim this week.
Both of these cards are favorites of mine and I hope you will like them too!
For this card, I embossed the floral image in white embossing powder and then added some color with
Tombow Dual Brush pens. I used a damp baby wipe to smudge the ink around a bit. I love the effect it gave :) This card has multiple layers and I used
Tombow Foam Tabs and
Tombow Xtreme Glue Tape to adhere everything together.
If you find yourself with some crafting time this weekend, I hope you will think about recycling or re-purposing. If you do, please be sure to come back here and leave a link to your project. I would love to see it!
