Tombow's hopping with Jen Goode

Hi there!  Today, the Tombow team is hopping with Jen Goode from 100directions.com and we are glad you have joined us.

You should have arrived at my blog from Debbie's awesome blog, but if you didn't you can go back to the Tombow blog and start from the beginning.

Just yesterday, I saw a video on Splitcoaststampers that had the instructions for this cool
Screen Divider card and I had to give it a try.

I cut the main panel according to the instructions in the tutorial and then punched the top with a Martha Stewart punch and die cut the bottom with a Spellbinders die to create the "legs" of the screen.  I stamped the mistletoe image from the Inky Antics Christmas Greenery set in Rich Cocoa ink and colored it with Tombow Dual Brush Pens.  I used Tombow Xtreme Adhesive to adhere each of the layers together and to the main panel.  To finish off the card, I added some Stickles to the leaves, Wink of Stella to the ribbons and Enamel Accents to the berries.

Now, how about a giveaway?

In order to be qualified to win this amazing PRIZE, PLEASE comment on each of the designers projects.
We will announce a winner Monday 10/17.

Now, I am going to send you to Jennie's awesome blog for some more crafty goodness.

There will be one lucky winner of a $20 gift card from Repeat Impressions
and one lucky winner for a $20 gift card from Die-Versions!

Let's get hopping!

You should have arrived here from Mary's blog.
If you didn't, and you'd like to start at the beginning, you can find the entire hop list on the Die-Versions and Repeat Impressions' blogs

Be sure to start at the beginning, so you have the maximum chances of winning!

The more you comment along the way, the more chances you have of winning!
You will have until midnight CST on Saturday, November 15th, to comment.
Winners will be announced on the Die-Versions and Repeat Impression blogs on Sunday, November 16th.

I die cut the Die-Versions Whispers Delicate Snowflake several times out of white cardstock and layered them together using a liquid adhesive.  Once all of the layers were dry, I inked the snowflake stack with Versamark ink and embossed with silver embossing powder.  I repeated the silver embossing two more times in order to create a faux metal look on the snowflake.

For the sentiment panel, I stamped the Repeat Impressions Happy Memories #2209-I in Eggplant ink onto a white panel and layered it to a light purple and faux metal silver edged panel.

We hope that we have inspired you to be creative, and that you'll do a bit of shopping at the Die-Versions and Repeat Impressions' websites!

Thanks for stopping by today!

Your next stop on the hop is Irit's blog!

Hop with Tombow and Precious Remembrance Shop Day 3

I hope you are ready from some Fun Ideas and Great Prizes this week fromTombowUSA  and Precious Remembrance Shop

If you're here from Kim Bell's amazing blog, then you’re in the right place,  if not then you may want to start at the beginning from the TombowUSA Blog

I can't believe it is Day 3 of the hop already!  I have really enjoyed hopping with the gals at Precious Remembrance Shop.  The PR stamps are so my style and I love them!

For my final project for the hop  I have created a Thank You card.  I used the PR Thanks Stamp Set and the Oh So Fun Stamp Set.  I stamped the cute little jar and the sentiment with Memento Rich Cocoa ink.  Next I stamped the little triangles from the Oh So Fun set with some pink, aqua and pool colored inks and added some Wink of Stella to a few and some Stardust Stickles to a few more.  I colored the top of the jar with a Tombow Dual Brush Pen.  I die cut the sentiment and scalloped oval and used some Tombow Xtreme to adhere the sentiment to the scallop layer.  I used Tombow Foam Tabs to adhere the sentiment panel to the image panel and the image panel to the Dot embosses white card.  I added a bit more Stickles to the the cute little hearts on the sentiment.  I used Tombow Mono Multi to adhere the narrow strips of paper to the white panel.

Here is a tip for you:

Use some Tombow Mono Aqua on your twine to stiffen it up a bit as this allows it to be much easier to tie in a bow.  The bow will really hold it's shape this way.  To do this, I just squirt some Mono Aqua out onto a scrap of cardstock and run the twine through it,  I use my fingers to lay the twine out nice and straight on my non stick craft mat and let it dry for a few minutes before I tie a bow or add to a project.

Give it a try, you will be glad you did!

Check out this cool prize pack!  Read below on how to win.

Hop with Tombow and Precious Remembrance Shop Day 2

I hope you are ready from some Fun Ideas and Great Prizes this week fromTombowUSA  and Precious Remembrance Shop

If you're here from Kim Bell's  amazing blog, then you’re in the right place,  if not then you may want to start at the beginning from the TombowUSA Blog

For this card, I used stamps from the Precious Remembrance Thank You set.  I started the card by creating a sun and rays using several different prints in yellows/oranges.  I used Tombow Mono Multi on the back of each piece of the sun as this allowed me a little wiggle time to get the pieces in just the right place.  I stamped the adorable little "x" stitch stamp from the Thank You set with Memento Tuxedo Black ink between each of the different print papers to give the sun a stitched look.  I love how this turned out!  Next I stamped the sentiment with the same black ink and cut it out and trimmed it with an Orange #933 Tombow Dual Brush Pen.  I used Tombow Foam Tabs behind the sentiment, clouds and sunshine panel and Tombow Xtreme for the yellow panel to white card.  This baby is not coming apart!

Come and hop with Tombow and Walnut Hollow

Hello and happy Friday to each and everyone of you!  This weekend the Tombow team is hopping with the awesome team at Walnut Hollow.

I chose to get creative with the Walnut Hollow Boutique Tissue Box.  I started by applying a base layer of black acrylic paint to the entire surface of the box.

Next, I added some black print paper to each side of the box using Tombow Xtreme Adhesive, this adhesive worked perfectly for this application!

I cut several flowers using a Silhouette cut file and added some Tea Dye Distress ink to the edges and layered them together using Tombow Mono Multi.  I die cut some leaves out of green print paper using the Memory Box Fresh Foliage die.  I added the foliage to the tissue box using Tombow Mono Multi and then added the flowers using some Tombow Foam Tabs.  I added buttons to the flowers and sequins using a bit more Tombow Mono Multi.

Want to win a fabulous prize?

Be sure to hop on over Chris and Debbie's blogs today, check out their awesome projects and leave a comment.

Don't forget, this hop goes on all weekend and be sure to check out the following blogs on Saturday and Sunday.
